MORE FEEDBACK FROM OUR STUDENTS:
'After the birth of my 3 children, my stomach muscles were weakened due to the size of children. I joined G-Force Pole and Fitness to increase my fitness and muscle tone. I can't believe the results. My stomach muscles were so separated that I had been advised that surgery was the most likley option to reduce the whole that was left and after 15 weeks my fitness and muscle tone has improved out of sight and my muscle separation has decreased dramactically!'
Loren, 26
'I started Pole because I wanted a fun way to get fit and I was over the gym, after my first lesson I was addicted and I now do 5 classes per week and thats still not enough! I love the feeling of accomplishment after each lesson and the fact that I have noticed both a physical and mental change in myself and how I look at life and it's obstacles now. Nothing is to hard for a Pole Dancer!'
Eliza, 23
'Even after having a spinal fusion many years ago the team at G-Force have given me the confidence to give anything a go. While I might not be as flexi as everyone else, the team at G-Force always find a way to make a pole move happen. This with added bonus that I have never been stronger is the why I have become so addicted to pole.'
Trish, 37
'Without any previous dance or gymnastics training I took up pole dancing at 52. Four years on I am stronger and fitter than I have ever been. Gemma and the team at GForce put a lot of effort into creating a fun and friendly environment where you are encourages to achieve things you thought were impossible. I also love the other classes they run like Strength & Conditioning, Dance Conditioning and Core Conditioning with compliment my pole classes and my confidence. I encourage women or any age to give it a go, you'll LOVE it!'
Judy, 56
'G-Force Pole and Fitness provides a safe, caring environment, where fitness level, age and body shape are inconsequential to starting, learning and progressing. It has provided me with not only a stronger and fitter body, but also played an important part of my healing progress. After battling cancer I was told I would not be able to raise my left arm over my head, as you can imagine my body image and selfe-steem was slightly battered. Gym was a starting point to rehabilitation, however after a long career in Dance it did not provide me with an artistic outlet. I will always be grateful to Kirsten for introducing me to GForce and the amazing women who run it. In the time I have been attending classes I have gone from one class a week to five a week incorporating many of the diverse collection of classes they have on offer - fitness, strength, stretch, aerials and even dance. I have gone from sitting in the car building up enough courage to go in, to arriving early to watch the talent and progress of the class before mine. From wearing several layers of clothing to hide my scars and body flaws, to not worrying too much about the singlet and short shorts as they allow you to move more freely. Sure I still get self-conscious and frustrated and must be extremely frustrating to teach at times (sorry Gem), however I leave EVERY class on a high aware I am still improving, slowly and surely. Every week I am feeling healthier, stronger and more like the me I used to be and as for the left arm, its flexibility and strength still amazes my specialist every time I visit!'
