Points in the contract include:
- Influencing students and being a positive role model, including upholding the G-Force name
- Arrive to the studio 15 minutes before your first class commences
- Filling out your timesheet before leaving classes for the night
- Remain professional at all times in the studio and when representing the studio in public, including if you interact with your students outside the studio. Under no circumstance should the studio or any fellow staff members or any students be spoken about in a negative manner to another student. Whether you have built a relationship with them through the studio or before the studio please maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Leaving your personal issues at the front door
- Wearing G-Force clothing and merchandise
- Leaving Class areas neat and tidy when you finish classes
- Give term availability for the next term before the end of week 2 of the current term to help with timetable issues. Availability needs to be a minimum of 2 nights a week with an extra night to help with covers
- Attend all staff training and development days. Training & development days will help instructors with syllabus knowledge, standards and also any issues that may have come forth in previous terms
- Attend at least one class per week as a student
- As an instructor you agree to not set up a studio offering the same or similar classes within a 30 minute radius
- Attend one social event a term (or five a year). Social events including competitions, G-Force outings, Workshops, Pole camps and Pole Cruise and social events.
