GEM

OWNER/HEAD INSTRUCTOR
BOTH STUDIOS

​Gem is the founder of G-Force Pole and Fitness and Pole Cruise. Gem has been dancing since 3 ½ years old, with a major influence from ballet. Gem’s goal in the pole and aerial industry is to encourage people to feel comfortable in their own skin and believe all things are possible! Gem is Alixa Flexibility Certified, meaning she is professionally trained in flexibility instruction.

TESS

INSTRUCTOR

​Tess started training at G-Force in 2018 and was hooked from the first lesson! Tess is a qualified fitness instructor and physical education teacher. She has taught a variety of sports over the years including horse riding, athletics and karate!

CAT

INSTRUCTOR

Cat has a long history of dance from a young age – it has always been a passion of hers to move! She started pole dancing at the beginning of 2015, and first came to G-Force after discovering Pole Cruise in 2016. Her favourite thing about pole is of course all the friends she has made along the way!​

MADDY

INSTRUCTOR

​Maddy started pole in 2018 and joined G-Force in 2019 after moving back home. Maddy previously competed as an elite level gymnast and loves being upside down learning new tricks. Maddy was drawn to G-Force due to supportive environment and aerials classes!

CHELSEA

INSTRUCTOR

Chelsea has loved sport and fitness her entire life. She was a gymnast for 11 years and coached at an elite level for 6 years! Chelsea started poling in 2018 and started teaching in 2020. Her gymnastics background makes her great addition to the G-Force team!​

JESS

INSTRUCTOR
WEST GOSFORD

​Jess has been pole dancing since around 2012 and is the longest standing instructor at G-Force (other than Miss Gem)! She is loved by her students, even if they sometimes call her the smiling assassin. Jess is also a qualified group fitness instructor and has a background in strength training!

HANNAH

INSTRUCTOR
CAMERON PARK

Hannah has been pole dancing for 10 years. Hannah has a strong technical background which she loves to pass onto her students. Continually pushing herself and her students to achieve bigger and better things is one of the aspects which Hannah loves most about pole dancing. Hannah has competed in a number of Pole Competitions including; Miss Pole Dance NSW, Hardcore Pole Dancing Competition, Dance Filthy, Floorplay, Sexy’s Back and Newcastle

AIMEE

Originally starting her aerial journey as a pole student over 10 years ago, Aimee started silks and lyra at G-Force in 2018, and starting teaching and competing in 2022. Aimee has competed and placed at a National level in both 2022 and 2023.

AMY

​Amy has been a personal trainer for 13 years, she specialises in calisthenics and has a background in nutrition. Amy really focuses on form, safety, and fun in her classes.
Amy absolutely loves seeing her students shine and will be your number 1 hype girl and cheerleader! She has competed and placed in a number of competitions and absolutely loves all things strength in pole!

VERITY

​​Verity began dancing at age two and has learnt various forms of dance, gymnastics, and aerial arts since. She spent many years as a Rhythmic Gymnastics coach, judge, and gymnast at both a national and international level. Discovering pole in 2011, she instantly fell in love with how inclusive and empowering the pole community is. Verity is a Mum to both her human and fur babies.

TARSHA

​Tarsha has been pole dancing since around 2010! Prior to falling in love with pole dancing, Tarsha was a couch potato, but the lure of a sport you could do in high heels was too strong! Complimenting her pole training, Tarsha enjoys pushing her flexibility and working on hand balances.

LAUREN

INSTRUCTOR

Lauren started pole dancing in 2015 and instantly fell in love. She loves how pole dancing has built her confidence and strength at the same time. Once she found Pleasers, costumes and creating choreography for routines, she fell into the world of competitions. Lauren is incredibly down to earth and loves encouraging her students!​

TAYLOR

Taylor started pole fitness back in 2017 and instantly fell in love. After a long break (3 years abroad) she was so excited to start again as soon as she got back. With a background in fitness & personal training, Taylor is passionate about helping people to learn new skills and encourage them to do and be their best!!

SHERRI

Sherri started pole in 2018 and began teaching in 2021. Having worked hard to recover from injuries, she loves focusing on creating a safe place for students to build strength, gain confidence, and smash their goals. Sherri loves creating choreography, and is especially passionate about Roller Pole.

SAMMY

Sam joined G-Force as a student in 2013. 
Joining forces with Kaz she started competing in 2016 as part of a doubles team - Kazsam!.
Sam's two daughters are both in the comp team representing
​G-Force at a national level. 

Sammy's favourite thing about G-Force is the friendships that she has made along the way.

GENEVIEVE

Gen started as a student at G-Force in 2013 and hasn't looked back! With a background in dance, pole provided another genre in which to perform. Gen loves the strength and grace of pole dancing and is excited to share her love of all things pole and aerials with her students.​

SARA

INSTRUCTOR
WEST GOSFORD

 Sara has been a part of the G-Force family for many years. She is passionate about all things aerial especially Anti-gravity Yoga and Lyra. She has a young aerialist on the competition team and loves being apart of the G-Force community.

SHENAE

ADMINISTRATION
CAMERON PARK

Shenae joined the G-force team when we opened our doors at Cameron park in 2021, she has 2 mini aerialists in the comp team and fell in-love with the sisterhood at G-force! She is passionate about helping people and has recently joined the admin team.
 

KAZ

ADMINISTRATION
WEST GOSFORD

Kaila joined G-Force as a student in 2013 after having 3 kids and needing an outlet. Soon enough she became addicted and started competing in 2016 as part of a doubles team - Kazsam!
​Kaila has her certificate 4 in business administration and joined the admin team in 2022!
