POLE DANCE CLASSES
During your first 10 weeks you will learn the fundamentals of pole dancing. We will have you spinning up a storm and climbing to heights you've only dreamt of. Once you've completed our beginners classes, the only way is UP(side down)! With each progressive course continuing to increase your strength, flexibility, coordination and stamina. Soon enough you'll be attempting unthinkable, gravity defying tricks and flips.
Pole classes will challenge you and urge you to break through your comfort zones, leaving you feeling fit and confident!

Pole Recall
Struggling to remember everything you have learnt??? Are you finding a couple of moves a little bit challenging??? Do you want to increase your strength, co-ordination and perfect those moves you may not have had time to in previous terms? Well this is the class for you! Join us in creating combos to help build your stamina and revise any moves you may be struggling with.
**Intermediate Recall - Suitable for students who have completed Intermediate 2 and above.
**Advanced Recall - Suitable for students who have complete Advanced 1 and above.
Pole Technique
This class has been designed to help build strength, improve lines, enhance execution and make your moves and combinations look effortless and graceful. A great way to perfect moves you are struggling with and get out of those bad habits!
**Suitable for students who have completed Beginners 2 and above.
Pole Mashup
This class has been designed to help you build your confidence, endurance and strength. You will focus on learning a sequence of tricks and explore new ways to get in and out of moves already in your repertoire.
**Suitable for students who have completed Intermediate 1 and above
This class had been designed to unleash the dancer that lies in with in us all. You will explore different styles of dance each week with a new routine and new combos. its a great addition to your weekly schedule and suitable for anyone wanting to increase their stamina, confidence, musicality, work on transitions and flow booth on and off the pole and explore different styles of pole dance.

AERIAL SILKS & LYRA CLASSES
Aerial Recall/Aerial Mashup
As you progress higher and higher through the levels it gets harder and harder to remember everything you have learnt and make sure you are practising everything on a regular basis. This class has been introduced to revisit moves from lower levels and add them into combos, increasing your strength, endurance and memory...... And also work on those difficult moves you just cant get your head around. **Suitable for students who have completed Intermediate 1 and above.

SPECIALTY CLASSES
Burlesque
Are you ready to learn how to shimmy, shake, strut and tease? You'll learn how to use props like boas and gloves, taught signature burlesque moves like the bump and grind, tracing and shimmies, costume removal, tassel twirling and you'll also learn a full routine that you'll have a chance to perform at a Sydney based show if you feel comfortable to!
Pole & Aerial Boot Camp/ Invert Conditioning
These classes have been designed to build the strength you need to conquer those tricky moves you are struggling with and condition your body to transform into a machine! You will have buns of steel, abs to die for, nice defined arms and killer legs.
**Suitable for all levels of fitness and ability. No pole or Aerial experience necessary.
Turn & Burn
This class is a workout and a half! Burn calories and tone everything from your fingers to toes whilst dancing to some funky tunes. This class will not only compliment your figure but also help with endurance and lines for your pole work. Think Jane Fonder cross Power Barre plus a whole lot of fun!!!! **Suitable for all levels of fitness and ability. No pole or aerial experience necessary.
Floor Essentials & Floor Fusion
Do you miss your old dancing days but cant find anywhere that caters for adults? Or do you want to learn new skills for your performances? This is the class for anyone looking for a new challenge, new skills or reignite their passion for dance. Touching on various styles of dance this class will have you feeling more confident in transitions, and looking great.
Heels Chorey
This class will test your endurance, co-ordination, fitness & stability as well as have you leaving feeling FIERCE!. You will spend each week learning a new routine to help improve all of your Pole and Dancing skills. **Suitable for students who have completed Intermediate 1 & above.
Flex & Conditioning
Let us bend you into positions unimaginable and watch the results pay off week by week. We will have you doing the splits, back bends and folding yourself in knots in no time. This class will compliment you pole work and allow you to get into those impressively bendy positions we all thrive for. Our owner and head instructor Gem is certified with Alixa Flexibility and has completed professional modules to help guide students through targeted stretches to ensure they get the most from a Flex & Conditioning class! **Suitable for EVERYONE!
