About UsG-Force Pole and Aerials was founded by Gemma Bardsley and officially opened its doors to the public in March 2012. We have two studio locations, one is located in West Gosford on the Central Coast and the other in Cameron Park. Both studios offer a variety of pole, aerial, dance and fitness classes for all styles, ages and abilities.
Here at G-Force we pride ourselves on our welcoming environment and have a strong student base that exemplifies our passion for providing a safe space for all. We strive to change lives and perspectives by encouraging people of all shapes, sizes and ages to get fit the fun way! Our classes aim to increase strength, flexibility, co-ordination, balance and promote mental and physical well-being. The instructors at G-Force are highly experienced and undertake regular training to ensure they are following best practise and can support student needs.
